OUR PASTORS | KENT + ALLI MUNSEY.
Kent and Alli Munsey are the Senior Pastors of City Church Chicago, a dynamic non-denominational church located in the heart of downtown Chicago. In 2010, they took a bold leap of faith, planting City Church in the vibrant River West neighborhood. Their dream of seeing people come to know Jesus week by week and actively taking back territory for the Kingdom has been one of the greatest joys of their lives.
Pastors Kent and Alli are also the proud parents to three wonderful boys: Malachi, Kausti, and Tahj. They believe that family is to be your first ministry, believing that If you are faithful to build God's house he will be faithful to build your house. They truly believe that in and through every season, God continues to be faithful.
INTEGRITY LEADERSHIP MINISTRIES
Integrity Leadership Ministries exists to provide rest, relationships, and resources for pastors, ministry leaders, and their families. ILM has been in existence for over 30 years and primarily champions its vision through an annual getaway.
Kent and Alli have been longtime members of ILM and are honored to have the great opportunity to serve as Presidents and now as Directors. ILM has had a great impact on them personally as leaders and has been a great source of support and relationships for their whole family.
City Cares is the outreach ministry of City Church Chicago. We believe ministry is seeing a need and meeting it, feeling a hurt, and healing it. City Cares works through our global and local partners to connect our church community with opportunities to serve our city and our world.
We love to serve our city and partner with local organizations to be the hands and feet of Jesus. Here’s some of our local partners and outreach teams:
Justice Team - ministering God’s Word at Cook County Jail and Cook County Juvenile Center
Street Team - ministering to our friends on the street who are experiencing homelessness
Breakthrough Urban Ministries
Salt & Light Coalition
Alderman Burnett - we give school supplies and backpacks to children in the 27th Ward.
Otis Elementary - we give Christmas gifts to all students through our annual Christmas List project
Salvation Army
