The City of St. James is located 90 miles West of St. Louis, MO off of Interstate 44. The Saint James Police Department is a full service law enforcement agency that provides: twenty-four hour road patrol. Our department consists of 11 full time employees servicing a population of 4,216 citizens. Our officers stay busy responding to calls and being proactive by initiating their own investigations. We are proud to be a part of this community and our staff is committed to seeking out new and innovative ways to provide top quality services to the people.
