At SOAR for growth, we are driven by our passion to Strengthen Opportunities, Actions and Resources in communities so that its members can grow personally, academically, and professionally.  

We believe in the  basic human right for all persons to have access to high quality programing without exclusion or restrictions based on socio-economic status.  

While our previous mission “To serve and improve communities that are underrepresented and economically unstable”, was very focused and narrow, our intentions and goal remains unchanged, equal access to opportunities.  In the end we seek to achieve the same result and that is to help all members thrive and prosper.
