We are a group of parents who volunteer and work together with staff to make our children's school experiences even better.
We are contacting you seeking donations for our annual Spring Purse Bingo to benefit all students and families at Colebrookdale Elementary School, a public school within the Boyertown Area School District. This event will be a wonderful afternoon out in which members of our community get together to support our school and build a stronger community.
Your tax- deductible contribution will help us fulfill our mission to raise money for our school to enrich our children’s education and provide resources for over 300 students.
Specifically, we are raising funds for playground enhancements to paint our blacktop with interactive games so the students can keep moving even when the playground equipment is off limits. The project will cost $13,800. We are looking for donations to help make this event a success. We would greatly appreciate it if you would consider making a donation (either monetary, or park tickets).
Reaching our goal depends on the generosity of the friends of Colebrookdale Elementary School: families, businesses and community members. Won’t you please consider making a donation to this event?
The added value of your donation includes an increase in awareness for your business, service or product, introduction of new community members to your business, and supporting the community that shops in your store.
You can donate merchandise, gift certificates, a raffle basket, or a check, no donation is too small to help us reach our goal.
