Our mission is to enrich learning and expand educational opportunities so all students in Comal ISD can excel. To fulfill our mission, CEF works to raise grant funding for educators to enhance educational experiences in the classroom. CEF addresses the need for funds that go above and beyond the district's operating budget to deliver innovative resources for leading-edge programs that enhance the current curriculum and foster excellence in our student's educational experience. Through CEF grants, educators have the opportunity to creatively close the caps in learning through fresh and pioneering approaches that might not have been afforded through district funds.
