Community Services for Children is a leader in providing early education excellence and family services for the economically disadvantaged. CSC is the Lehigh Valley's sole provider of Head Start and Early Head Start serving children from birth to 5 years old. Through these programs, CSC serves 19,000 children and their families each year.
