Comprehend's mission is to enhance the well-being of individuals, families, and communities by advocating for and providing behavioral healthcare services in a welcoming and caring enviroment. 

Our services focus on four main pillars:  behavior health, substance abuse, individuals with developmental disabilities, and prevention.  We offer approximately 70 different programs across those four focus areas and serve five counties in our area development district in the northern Kentucky area.  

Our key programs that are offered across the lifespan are individual and group therapy, assessments, case management, peer support, and numerous educational programs throughout our schools and the communities that we serve. We offer residential living, adult day training, and case mangement services to individuals with developmental disabilities as well.  We have licensed clinicians that are on call 24/7 to offer crisis support to the communities that we serve, and respond to our two area hospitals and the jails to provide those services as well.
