Concordia Place has been changing the lives of Chicago’s children and families since 1981. Concordia Place prides itself on being a place of yes; we say yes to all children, teens, and parents who seek our services. We are a vibrant nonprofit with proactive solutions to key social needs. Our multi-generational programs positively impact over 800 children, teens, adults, and families in Chicago. Concordia Place exists to support each individual in reaching their full potential through educational and enrichment services that achieve positive, significant, and lasting outcomes.
