Connections Area Agency on Aging is the local Area Agency on Aging serving older Iowans and their family caregivers in Western Iowa. Our mission is: To enhance the quality of life of elders in our service area through education planning and coordination of services.
We meet our mission by providing supports and services to older Iowans and their family caregivers to help older Iowans to age on their own terms in the location of their choice.
