Our purpose is to bring more awareness to Chiari Malformation (brain falls thru back of skull, pressing on spinal cord). This hits very close to home as myself, 2 sons, and 2 sisters all have it. Myself and 1 son has had to have surgery. Our goal is to bring awareness to as many as possible thru walks and fundraising. Our organizaton serves newborn to upper ages with this unfortunate health problem. Some children diagonsed can participate in all sports but unfortunately alot of children cannot participate in contact sports, gymnastics, etc due the level of malformation.
