We’re committed to delivering inspired, purposeful, and quality social infrastructure in a manner that advances equity in the construction industry.
We understand the challenges — our nonprofit, NGO and government ministry clients provide life-improving services to their communities, but often require better building facilities to realize their work’s full impact. Unfortunately, capital projects, like the construction or renovation of a building, can present a significant risk to the organization.
As owner’s representatives — we are experienced in construction and project management. On behalf of our clients (the owners), we manage construction risks to ensure on-time and on-budget completion. This includes project schedules and relationships with architects, general contractors, municipal authorities, and financial institutions.
