Since 1970, the Conway County Center for Exceptional Children (CCCEC) has provided high quality services for individuals with developmental delays or disabilities and their families. It is our mission, while recognizing individual strengths, to enable all persons served to achieve their individual potential through the implementation of developmental and age appropriate activites designed to meet specific needs. CCCEC is comprised of three divisions across two counties: ACTION Services and Beginnings Preschool located in Conway County in Arkansas and Step by Step Early Learning Center in Perry County in Arkansas.
Beginnings Preschool and Step by Step Early Learning Center both serve ages six weeks to Kindergarten and ACTION Services offers life skills programming for adults as well as the opportunity to work in the shredding workshop. Services offered include: speech, occupational, and physical therapies, nursing services, transportation, and meals/snacks. CCCEC is a 501 (c) 3 noprofit organization that strives to make our community a better place and pushes clients to acheive their individual potential.
