Cornwall Area Swim Team (CAST) is a community oriented organizaton to support year round competitive swimming. Our philosophy is based on a learn to swim, learn to train and learn to achieve approach. Helping our swimmers develop a lifelong connection with the sport and allowing them to reach their full potential as wimmers, teammate and commuinty members.
