COSTI Immigrant Services has been providing settlement services to newcomers, immigrants and refugees in the Toronto area for the past 70 years. We are very well estabilished in the sector providing initial settlement support, education and employment services to newcomers and immigrants as well as essential support to refugees and refugee claimants.
