The philosophy of our school is centered on the belief that each child is unique and special. Children grow at their own rate and we nurture their development. In keeping with this, we strive to present a developmentally appropriate program. We focus on each child’s social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth.
Our program is respectful of the multicultural, multi denominational society in which we live. Children are enriched through developmentally appropriate music, dramatic play, science, art, math concepts, language and literature. Our classrooms are designed to create relaxed, hands on, enriching experiences. Our program combines structured and unstructured, child-initiated and material-stimulated activities. Our teachers are the nurturing facilitators of these experiences.
We believe that parents are the first and most important teachers in their child’s life. We encourage and appreciate parent participation in the program
The whole child learns through creative, interactive play. The whole child learns by doing. This is how self-confidence is built. We offer the tools necessary to prepare each child for their formal learning.
