The Cowboy Capital Pet Assistance League, Inc. (C.C.P.A.L.) is a no-kill, 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization serving all of Bandera County and central Texas. Our primary purpose is to provide safe, loving, permanent homes for the county strays & for those already in foster homes.
