Cowtown Vettes was chartered in 1974 and became official as a non-profit organization on April 6, 1974.  In March 1975 we became affiliated with the National Council of Corvette Clubs as a 100% NCCC Club.  Cowtown is focused on enabling Corvette Enthusiasts functions/events to enjoy our Corvettes.  These functions include club socials, cruises, car shows, parades, competitions and charity events in the Fort Worth, Texas area.   We host monthly membership meetings along with at least one club social a month.

Our top charities to support this year include The Tarrant Area Food Bank, Cook Children's Hospital Christmas parties, Don't Forget to Feed Me, Fisher House and The National Kidney Foundation.   We are always available to support our community.  One of our members got a call from a Mom whose son loved Corvettes and was getting ready to celebrate his 16th birthday.  We arranged to arrive at his home on his birthday.  Although he had some physical challenges, this young man looked at every car, took a ride, received Corvette birthday presents and then we all caravaned with his family to a local restaurant for lunch.   We all enjoyed the time spent with Davis and his family.  His Mom was very grateful!
