a. Civic Betterment - The improvement and development of the greater-Cranford community through the organized effort of its young people.
b. Leadership Training - The improvement and development of its individual members to train them for civic and business leadership.
c. Fellowship - The encouragement of acquaintanceship, goodwill and fellowship among people.
