Creating Connected Communities (CCC) is proud to be a growing Atlanta-based nonprofit with the mission to bring life-enhancing programs to children in need by empowering teens to become engaged community leaders and volunteers. CCC provides 10+ annual programs to over 3,000 children, while engaging 800 teens in meaningful volunteer work. Through CCC’s programs, children receive thousands of gifts, books, meals, and personal care products. With the help of our generous community, they participate in sports activities, craftprojects, DJ dance parties, carnivals and more — all organized and implemented by passionate teen volunteers.
