Creative Alternatives' mission is to delive a comprehensive therapeutic environment in order to provide a safe and nurturing atmosphere that promotes social-emotinal growth and stability. 

Creative Alternatives' is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization that provides residential care in our Short Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) and foster care for children with emotinal problems resulting from abuse, neglect, and abandonment. We also have a transitional housing program which offers independent living assistance to foster youth transitioning out of foster care. In addition to providing over 100 children a safe, supportive, and caring environment in which to live, we also operate three non-public school serving approximately 60 kids with special needs. 

 Many foster youth lack socialization skills and positive interactions with adults and their peers. Many have not had the opportunity to travel outside of their county of residence to experience outside activities in the communitiy. We are here to provide not only a stable and structured living environment, but also offer opportunities to learn and socialize in creative and exciting ways.
