Creative Playschool is a 501(c)3 non-profit community preschool that follows Connecticut State regulations. Though the school is under the administration of East Lyme Board of Education, the program accepts children throughout the region. The school is entirely funded by tuition and fundraising efforts. As a cooperative school, parents of enrolled children provide daily classroom support and administrative functions, as well as plan and implement fundraising events. Funds are used towards classroom supplies, equipment, personalized classroom enrichment programs and educational field trip experiences, to name just a few.
