CTF ILLINOIS (CTF) is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization that annually assists over 620 individuals throughout the state of Illinois with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our person-centered programs and services include vocational training, advocacy efforts, residential services, social opportunities, community support, job development, substance abuse treatment, and more, all designed to both meet and evolve with the unique needs of our community. These programs guide CTF in our mission to empower each individual we serve to live the life they want to live, and our vision to create a culture where people are not defined by their differences, but recognized for the value they bring their communities.
