The CCEEBA is creating a community building for area youth in Effingham, Cumberland, Coles, Clark, Jasper & surrounding counties. The building specifically focuses on agriculture education but STEAM, life skills, and workforce development will be included as well. The community building will provide a place for area youth to come together with their family for agriculture based programs and events. The area 4-H & FFA shows will be held here. Currently, our 4-H program has no home, which is the fuel behind our mission. To provide a home for this essential service as well as many other services and events. Our building will house the 4-H offices, 4-H fairgrounds and provide a place for youth and families to safely congregate and grow and learn together. Agriculture is a huge part of our community. So we are focusing on creating and maintaining and fostering interest in agriculture and development for our youth. Ensuring a future for agriculture, our community and our children.
