The Cygnet School is an inclusive private school serving K-12 students in Lakeland, Florida (FLDOE School Code 5039). A core component of our mission is supporting students who struggle to fit in traditional schools. Our student body is very eclectic: 53% of our students have special needs, and approximately 80% of our students would qualify for free and reduced lunch. However, these students also have unique talents and gifts, which we love to nurture and support to help them find successful paths for their futures.
