The mission of D-Feet Cancer – The Dalton Fox Foundation is to help discover targeted therapies and treatments for Ewing Sarcoma, a pediatric bone cancer, through increased awareness and charitable funding. Our foundation serves researchers of pediatric cancer the funding that is lacking from our federal government and pharmaceutical companies. The end mission is for our researchers to discover these targeted therapies and treatments for our children who have been diagnosed with pediatric cancer.
