The Dallas A&M Club (DAMC), established in 1902, serves as the official A&M Club for Dallas County and operates under the Association of Former Students of Texas A&M University. Its mission is to coordinate organized alumni activities in the area, providing opportunities for former students to engage with the Aggie Network while raising scholarship funds for deserving local students attending Texas A&M. The club works to disseminate information about academic programs and opportunities, promote leadership development—especially among young alumni—and foster collaboration with Texas A&M and its Association of Former Students. The DAMC has had a significant impact, awarding hundreds of thousands of dollars in scholarships, currently supporting 25 Aggies with $6,000 scholarships, and contributing over $3 million to Texas A&M University. It has supported numerous endowments, including the President’s Endowed Scholarship and the Aggie Veteran Scholarship. The club also hosts major annual events like the Aggie Muster, Coach’s Night, Crawfish Boil, Golf Classic, and Clay Shoot to build community and fundraise. Additionally, through its “Aggies for Dallas” initiative, the club partners with local nonprofits for community service, continuing to uphold the spirit and traditions of Texas A&M while positively impacting both students and the Dallas community.
