The NSDAR, founded in 1890 and headquartered in Washington, D.C., is a non-profit, non-political volunteer women's service organization dedicated to promoting patriotism, preserving American history, and securing America's future through better education for children. As one of the 3,000 chapters of the NSDAR, the Wilmington Ladies Tea Walk Chapter fully supports the objectives of the National Society by working throughout our community. Since our chapter’s organization in December of 2007, we have distributed over 13,000 copies of the U S Constitution and 4500 copies of a Constitution bookmark; performed Constitution programs at local schools, Scout groups and for other organizations; assisted with Naturalization ceremonies; supported military and veterans programs; and provided educational materials for Constitution Week and other commemorative events in our community.

We could not do what we do without the generous support of our caring community. Thank you for your generous support of the Wilmington Ladies Tea Walk Chapter, NSDAR.
