I lost my son to suicide in 2018. From that loss we started Dave's Compass of Hope. We have partnered with other organizations as well to raise funds and awareness for Mental Health and Suicide Awareness. We attend local town events along with other fundraising activities. The funds raised have gone to NAMImn to be used for mental health awareness and sucide prevention. We have speakers at our events to educate and inform folks about mental health. These events will not bring my son back but my hope is that we can prevent someone elses son from making the same decision David made. Each of our board members has lost someone to suicide in their life. We are a small group trying to make a big difference.
