The David E Owens Middle School PTO is an all-volunteer run, 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting and enhancing the education, social and emotional well-being of all children at the David E Owens Middles School through programs, events and any other appropriate means in academic, social and cultural settings, targeted to the needs of the student body, while promoting inclusion, self-esteem, respect, kindness etc.
