We are a synchronized swimming team that has swimmers between the ages of 5 - 18.  Between 2 age-based programs, we generally serve about 80 children over the course of the swim season.  Our longest running program is out Valley Foothill Competitive Aquatics league program.  Team travel is limited to the local sacramento region for competitions.  Practices are held 3 times a week during the school year and 6 times a wee k in the summmer. The main program serves about 50 swimmers.

For 25 years, the Davis AquaStarz Synchronized Swimming Team has provided young athletes an enriching
environment to practice perseverance, experience team camaraderie, and challenge themselves physically and
mentally. Over the past decade, our roster has tripled and we now have programming in the spring and fall. The
team is training for regional meets, our annual water show, and the league Championships which we won in 2023!
