The purpose of the Employee Enhancement Committee is to arrange for activities for the employees of the Mabel Bassett Correctional Center, to boost morale, encourage employee interaction, further open communication between staff, assist in creating a positive work environment, provide a formal process to recognize staff for accomplishments, provide support to staff and their families during critical times and promote staff involvement in the community.
