The mission of the Derry Demons Football & Fheer organization is to provide the youth of Derry and surrounding towns an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of football and cheerleading under well trained coahing staf, to enjoy participation and competitionin this organized league so that they may become responsible hardworking individuals. Objectives shall include the developmentof positive social values and character traits: good citizenship, physical and mental health, and a knowledge, appreciation, and interest in football and cheerleading. It is a goal of this organization to instill the will to win and courage to accept defeat or disappointment, with emphasis on clean paly and sportsman like conduct.
