26th Wine Soirée and Benefit Auction set for April 14, 2019
The Diamond Bar Friends of the Library’s 26th annual Wine Soirée and Benefit Auction will take place at the Diamond Bar Center on Sunday April 14th from 4 to 7 pm. Each year, several hundred guests are able to sample wines from around the world, enjoy food prepared by numerous local restaurants, and participate in the bidding on our live and silent auctions. With the funds raised from the Wine Soirée the Friends will be able to continue to:
- Underwrite all children’s Summer Reading Programs
- Purchase thousands of books and DVD’s
- Fund all special programs for children, teens, and adults
- Support community programs that promote literacy, such as the How a Book Changed My Life student essay contest and Read Together Diamond Bar
