The Diamond Bar Library welcomed more than 212,500 visitors in 2023. We are all about increasing literacy in our multi-cultural community. The Diamond Bar Friends of the Library buys books and materials for children, teens and adults. We also sponsor programs to increase literacy for every age group and every ethnicity. Every year we sponsor a month-long literacy program called Read Together, Diamond Bar. The entire community is encouraged to read one of 4 books depending on the reader's reading level. As part of Read Together, we sponsore a teen essay contest. There is much, much more. Those are just some highlights!
