District 12 PTO serves both Spring Hills Elementary and Roselle Middle School. The objectives of this organization shall be to promote the parent-teacher-pupil relationship in the school and community through various programs; to secure for every child the highest advantages in physical, mental, and social education; and to raise funds to obtain these objectives.
