The objectives of the Dogwood Hill Elementary School PTO are:
1. To bring into closer relation the home and the school that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the education and socialization of children and youth.
2. To promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school, community, and place of worship.
3. To improve the quality of life for Dogwood Hill students and staff.
4. To support any community educational organization and the Oakland Board of Education.
The Dogwood Hill PTO is organized exclusively for the charitable, scientific, literary, or educational purposes that will benefit the students, staff and families of Dogwood Hill Elementary SChool.
