The multi-faceted mission of the Dogwood Hill PTO is:
- to bring into closer relation the home and the school that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the education and socialization of children and youth
- to promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school, community, and place of worship
- to improve the quality of life for Dogwood Hill students and staff
- to support any community educational organization and the Oakland Board of Education
