Our mission is to assist individuals, families, friends and neighbors through the trauma of a violent crime by making necessary obligations easier, more understandable and attainable in the most efficient and caring way possible.
Our program serves 15 Iowa counties in a variety of ways:
- Emergency Crisis Suppot Services
- Funeral Planning and Emotional Support
- Assistance with filing Crime Victim Compensation
- Navigating of Criminal Justice System and Accompaniment
- Liason with Law Enforcement, Medical Professionals, Funeral Homes, Prosecution Staff
- Resources and Referrals
- Homicide Survivor Support Group
- Community Resource and Education
All of our services are Free and Confidential to our clients; we maintained our program and services 100% during the pandemic.
