The vision of this organization is to provide individuals and their families with resources, support, and hope in an effort to live a life of maximum potential.

Our Mission:

Dominique Cares provides resources, support, services, recreation, and advocacy for individuals with disabilities and their families. We are committed to developing, building, and enhancing healthy relations through strategic community partnerships. This is essential for creating awareness and acceptance.  A voice for the voiceless, a call to action. 

Founded by Deborah Spencer, Dominique Cares is determined to provide support, resources, services, and hope to individuals with Autism and other disabilities along with their families. It is our belief that healthy families are productive families

There are limited funding and support for families with children with disabilities and many lack the ability to provide much-needed resources. We know early detection and intervention are one of the keys to maximizing successful outcomes. Hence, we are committed to bridging the gap by offering resources to assist with these surmounting costs.
