We provide education and health screening to underserved communities by visiting community center, churches, or neiborhoods in Upstate SC. Our mission is to educate to prevent, slow or reverse chronic disease. We seek to find those without insurance, and who have avoided going to the doctor or who are often visiting the emergency room whenever there is a health crisis. we want to connect them with physicians and needed resources.
