Dress for Success Central New Jersey (DFSCNJ) is a not-for-profit organization that empowers women and girls to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire, and development tools to help out clients thrive in work and in life. Our organization focuses on serving individuals striving to enter the workforce but may face barriers such as unemployment, underemployment or transitioning from challenging life circumstances. Some services our organization provides include attire provisions, career development workshops, a welcoming community as well as ongoing support. DFSCNJ has served over 18,500 women in Central New Jersey since 2007 and there is a continuing and growing need for our services.
