The mission of The WorkPlace is to develop a well-educated, well-trained, and self-sufficient workforce that can confidently compete in today’s changing global marketplace. Dress for Success Mid-Fairfield County (DFSMFC) is a program of The WorkPlace and their mission is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. DFSMFC serves women in Fairfield County and parts of New Haven County.
