The Durham Children's Aid Foundation (DCAF) extends a helping hand to over 3500 children, youth and families living in vulnerable situations in the entire Durham Region. DCAF assists through providing programs and services not funded by the government.

No Child, Youth or Family Shall Be Left Behind.
