Dear Local Business Leader,

Over the course of the past two years our students have had limited opportunities to come together as a class and celebrate their shared experiences and accomplishments. For the first time in two years, Eagle Elementary School PTO will host the long standing Bethlehem Central School District tradition of the Pit Party, planned specifically for the graduating 5th grade class to celebrate their time, as well as the friendships they developed, while attending Eagle Elementary School. For many, this will also serve as their first introduction to Bethlehem Central Middle Schools.

 
We appreciate that you must receive hundreds of solicitations every year. As a PTO, we have and will continue to encourage Eagle families to shop local. In addition, we have been making a conscious effort as an organization to utilize local businesses when hosting a PTO event or fundraiser. We hope that you can see this donation as mutually beneficial.
