Ensure that every employee understands, supports and promotes our core values and mission.

Build trust and facilitate engagement with all St. Francis Area Schools stakeholders.

Align and support all educational programs and services to achieve our mission and mission outcomes.

STRATEGIC DELIMITERS
We will NOT…

Make decisions without the use of relevant data provided by the appropriate personnel.

Allow past experiences to interfere with the consideration of new ideas.

East Bethel Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a wonderful group of parents who provide many opportunities for the community and families to meet and build relationships in and outside of the school. Currently, the PTO is actively fundraising in hopes to raise funds for a new playground. Our current playground is 24 years old and is in need to be torn down, due to the surface of the equipment deteriorating. Currently, due to safety reasons, we need to rip up the existing flooring of the area and reinstall new equipment. In the past, funds have been used to provide our students with opportunities they would not otherwise have like field trips, lyceums, student rewards, grandparent programs, and other items requested by teaching staff.
