The purpose of East Columbia Preschool is to operate a preschool for age-appropriate children under the guidance of qualified teachers and through the cooperative efforts of all members. This organization shall promote parent education by making provisions for the parents to assist in the classroom and meet regularly for the interchange of ideas.
