The East Harlem Health Outreach Partnership (EHHOP) is our student-run and physician-directed free clinic at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. EHHOP has evolved into a nationally-recognized community health center, providing free, high-quality, and comprehensive care to adults in East Harlem facing insurance ineligibility and financial insecurity. Offering primary care along with specialized services, we have grown to serve our 300+ patients with 2000+ annual visits, all thanks to the dedication of 40+ volunteer physicians and 200+ health sciences and medical students.
