The Eastern Viking Band Aides (the EVBA) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that supports the Eastern Regional High School Outdoor Marching Band and Indoor Drumline and Color Guard Programs. The EVBA is made up of parents and guardians of students currently participating in the Outdoor and Indoor Marching Viking Programs as well as alumni and alumni parents. As financial support from the school district for music programs declines, our mission is to ensure that every student who wants to participate in a Marching Program at Eastern Regional Hish School can do so. This ensures that the school can maintain a no-cut program unlike other schools in the area. Additionally, after we fund student participation for those in need, we direct funds to ensure that the Marching Programs have sufficient equipment, props, transportation, and uniforms. We also fund a week-long band camp each summer, 2 indoor band camps in the winter, and provide band dinners, snacks and drinks for the band for football games and competitions.
