The mission of the EC Honeybee Booster Club is to promote interest in the East Centeral High School Honeybee Varsity Dance Team in their maintenance and to cooperate with the Directors and the Administration of the East Central Independent School District (ECISD), assist the Directors of the Honeybee Varsity Dance Team in their maintenance, aid in financing agreed upon activities of the Honeybee Varsity Dance Team, promote community awareness and to garner support for the Honeybee Varsity Dance Team, and promote an effective working relationship among all Active Members of the Honeybee Varsity Dance Team.
The booster club exists to provide financial support to the East Central High School Honeybee Varsity Dance Team. The Honeybee dance team is proud to represent the beautiful diversity of ECHS where total minority enrollment is 83%, and 58% of students are economically disadvantaged. The Booster Club provides team apparel, meals, team yearbook/football program pages, team social activites, and support toward any other expense that the very limited school budget cannot cover for the team.
