The Education Foundation of Stanislaus County is a non-profit 501(C) (3) Tax ID #94-2906392 that believes that every child in the county should have the opportunity to engage in enrichment activities. The EFSC supports programs coordinated by the Stanislaus County Office of Education which includes Student Events (i.e. Mock Trial, Academic Decathlon, Science Olympiad, History Day, Music Festivals, Spelling Championship and Harold Pope Jr. Relays), 6th grade Outdoor Education School, and Youth Entertainment (YES) Company. Since the inception of the Foundation more than 165,000 Stanislaus County students have participated in activities championed by the Foundation.
